Ground:

Delivery occurs in 4-7 business days upon processing your purchase and is subject to item availability and credit card verification. Please allow additional processing time during promotional events. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select 2-Day or Next Day services for expedited delivery. Currently, we do not offer Saturday delivery.


2-Day:

Delivery occurs in 2-3 business days upon processing your purchase and is subject to item availability and credit card verification.


Next Day:

Delivery occurs the next business day, excluding holidays, on orders placed by 1PM ET and is subject to item availability and credit card verification.

Please note, a customer signature is required for all deliveries.


PROCESSING TIME

Next Day and 2-Day orders will receive top priority.


For Next Day shipments:

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1PM ET will begin processing that day, excluding holidays.

Orders placed Monday through Friday after 1PM ET will begin processing the next day, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 1PM ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday, excluding holidays.

A representative from John Hardy Client Care will contact you with a follow-up email if the item you selected is not available at the time of order processing.

Due to the nature of our designs and orders being fulfilled from multiple locations, please note that some items are on backorder or not guaranteed in stock. If the item you selected is not available at the time of processing, a representative from our Client Care team will contact you.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

John Hardy does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

To place an online order internationally, please access the “Change Region” button on the lower left corner of our website. If you cannot find your country on the list, please email us at eshop.int@johnhardy.com.

We accept international orders that ship to areas outside the United States and its territories, Australia and Canada.

Delivery will take up to 2-5 business days for international shipment. Delivery time will vary for preorder items. We aim to ship items to the intended delivery address within the given timeframe, but we cannot give an exact delivery date.

John Hardy is not responsible for direct or indirect losses that occur and are not foreseeable by you or us, including but not limited to loss of income, revenue, profits, contracts or anticipated savings.

Subject to the above, John Hardy is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of obligations under these terms arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion, failure in information technology or telecommunications services, failure of a third party (including failure to supply data) and industrial action.
